Consider existence. Be stupefied that anything is. Be thrilled that things are. Get bewildered the hell out out of the comfort of sentience.

I’m not talking about going into raptures over the “beauty” of “creation.” If you’re still thinking about beauty or creation, or life or logic, you haven’t gone nearly far enough. If you’re rationalizing, you haven’t stopped living and started existing. If you’re grasping for explanations, you haven’t stopped living and started existing.
